Mountain Gorilla in UgandaThis 5 day Gorilla Tour Package takes you through memorable experience of meeting the rare mountain gorillas in the wild. On your trip to their wild home, first drop at Masaka to see the Equator and after connect to the World’s most wildlife experiences - tracking mountain gorillas on foot through Bwindi the equatorial forest of pearl of Africa! Gorillas are the most famous cake in Bwindi national park, but there also hiking trails where by a large number of birdlife species and primates are viewed.

Day one: Entebbe-Kampala
You will be personally met by our guide or company representative upon arrival at Entebbe airport, and transfer to Namirembe Guest House. Meal plan: Dinner.

Day two: Kampala-Bwindi.
Our guide/driver will pick you from your hotel of residence. Drive to western Uganda via Masaka-Mbarara high way then stop over at Equator for snacks and photography shooting. Thereafter drive to Mbarara town for your Lunch break at Regency Hotel or Agip Motel, after drive to Bwindi. This is the magnificent highland rain forest on earth, filled with primates and exotic birds, valleys, hilltops, long horned Ankole Cattle, banana plantations and papyrus swamps. This safari seems to be whole day drive but if we make it in time the afternoon can spent on a foot safari around the local communities like the Batwa living around the gorillas in the park. Dinner and over night at Engagi Lodge. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner F/B.

Day three: Bwindi.
An early morning cup of coffee and ready for gorilla tracking, which begins at 8:00am with after briefing from the UWA officials. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots, hat, sun screen. The guides will lead you into the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. You may see the gorillas eating, sucking aunts from a tree, swinging on vines, playing and sleeping. Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. It is most rewarding animal-based experience that clients get and others would definitely do it again if given the opportunity. The tracking may take between 2- 6 hours but its well worth the effort. There is always an option to hire a local porter highly recommended as one way of encouraging them to conserve these resources, they carry your bag and literally, push you up the hills if necessary! Day Four: Bwindi-Kampala
Take morning breakfast after return to Kampala, with en-route lunch and stop over Igongo cultural centre to shop souvenirs and experience the western culture. Then drive to Kampala. Dinner and overnight at Namirembe Guest House. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner F/B.

Day Five: Mabamba Wetlands, UWEC - Entebbe Airport
Early morning breakfast after drive to Entebbe-Mabamba wetland for morning bird watching and experience the morning choirs after connect to Ngamba island sanctuary which is 45minutes drive to experience the real nature of chimpanzees and their typical environmental habitant and the facility tour, lunch at the island. After cruise back to Entebbe and take free entrance to the Uganda wild life education centre to watch dangerous caged animals like Lions and others, primates and bird life species. In the evening prepare and transfer to the Airport for your flight back home or to the next destination. Meal plan: Breakfast and lunch H/B End of services.
