7 Days Uganda Safari

This 7 Days Uganda Safari takes you through prime destinations in Uganda, combining gorilla trekking, chimpanzee tracking and game viewing experience. On this tour, visit Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kibale Forest National Park and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to more than half of the mountain gorillas.

 TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1 Airport Pickup
Upon arrival, you will be met by our company representative who will well come you and transfer you to Kampala. Dinner and overnight at Chez John Son Hotel Muyenga (F/B)

Day 2 Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will have an early morning breakfast and then depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will stop over at the equator for photographs after proceed to the park, go for an evening Boat cruise along the Kazinga channel and the cruise will avail you great opportunities to spot many aquatic habitat such as hippos, and many different bird species. Dinner and overnight at Simba Safari Lodge

Day 3 Game Drive
You will go for an early morning game drive on the northern part of the park along the Kasenyi track which has better opportunities to spot the big five. The park harbors other wildlife like, kobs, waterbucks, bushbucks, hyenas and leopards among others.  After Return for breakfast depart for Bwindi via the Ishasha sector where you may have opportunities to spot the tree climbing lions. It’s about 4 hours drive. To connect to Bwindi, the drive takes you through the beautiful evergreen mountainous area of the west.  Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Community Bandas

 Day 4:- Bwindi National Park. (Gorilla trekking)
After an early breakfast, with packed lunch you will go to the visitors’ center for registration and briefing before you begin the gorilla trekking. The trekking may take between 2-8 hours depending on the movements of the gorillas. After the trek you will be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi. Dinner and overnight at Bunyonyi overland resort

Day 5
Early in the morning after breakfast you will depart from Bunyonyi,  heading to Jinja,have lunch en-route at Mbarara after proceed via the Tea and Sugar plantations in Lugazi .Dinner and overnight at Nile river explores camp .

Day 6
You will go to the source of the Nile.  After a half days Rafting on the Nile drive to Mukono town. Dinner and overnight at Riders hotel

Day 7
After morning breakfast, you will drive to Walusubi primary school for a half days volunteers at the school where you may have opportunities to encounter your self with some of the orphaned kids at the school in the evening drive back to connect you to the airport for your departure flight back home
